The Velveteen Rabbit
The Rabbit looked up at her, and it seemed to him that he had seen her face before, but he couldn't think where. "I am the nursery magic Fairy," she said. "I take care of all the playthings that the children have loved. When they are old and worn out, and the children don't need them any more, then I come and take them away with me and turn them into Real."

Pet Rabbits

The Adventures of Tiny R
A Bunny's Tale by Betty Ann Cassano. He was just a little rabbit, not even fully grown. Where had he come from? How long had he been out in the world on his own? It was obvious that Tiny R was not a wild bunny.

The Rabbit Handbook
The Rabbit Handbook (Barron's Pet Handbooks)
by Karen Gendron, Michele Earle-Bridges
Having owned rabbits in the past I found this book extrememly useful and informative. This book provided me with behavioral information I never knew that will help me with my future rabbit. Other books I found to be too simplistic, boring or way too technical for the average consumer.

Runny Babbit : A Billy Sook
by Shel Silverstein (Illustrator)
Welcome to the world of Runny Babbit and his friends Toe Jurtle, Skertie Gunk, Rirty Dat, Dungry Hog, Snerry Jake, and many others who speak a topsy-turvy language all their own.
So if you say, "Let's bead a rook
That's billy as can se,"
You're talkin' Runny Babbit talk,
Just like mim and he.
