A2Z Homeschool Yahoo Group

A2Zhomeschool Yahoo Group is the list associated with this site. You may subscribe by entering your email address here:

I highly recommend a "copy/paste" to avoid a typo.

Kick off your shoes and relax! Homeschooling can be fun and successful with your online buddies cheering you on and supporting your best effort to educate your children in whatever manner you feel suits your needs.

This list is for those willing to be inclusive and supportive of all homeschool families, which means all participants must respect each other's choice of religion or none at all.

To prevent spamming, flaming and prostelitizing, your first message to the group will be moderated. May I suggest your first message be an introduction about yourself, your family, how long you've been homeschooling, and if you've selected a method, a bit about why and how comfortable you are about helping others who chose the same path.

Please fill out your profile in the Database on the Yahoo page, especially the part about your state and country, so we'll know best how to help you especially if your concern is about homeschool laws. All fields are optional in the database, and only seen by list members. As I can't make a setting to allow a member just to edit their own record, I shall need to do this by hand. Email me off list to edit your database record.

Be sure to check out the Poll from time to time to see how others feel about some homeschool issue.

You may also subscribe, but read the list on the website instead of receiving it as email. You do not need to be a Yahoo member to just get the email, but they do make you join in order to view the List's website and participate in the community activities there.

You may also change to digest form, should the email get too heavy. To do this you must be a Yahoo member, or email me off list to change your settings to digest. As I manage several lists, do include in your email the name of this email list, A2Zhomeschool.

To unsubscribe, you may do one of two things: you may visit our group site on Yahoo and click through on the "Leave Group" link.

You may also unsubscribe by sending an email to A2Zhomeschool-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com.

For more information, visit the A2Zhomeschool webpage.
