May 30, 2009. Thorncliffe Greenview Community Centre. Up to 108 exhibit booths. Used Curriculum Sale. Unique Learning Workshops for parents. Fun, interactive demonstrations and presentations. The SAHC has merged with the Calgary Education Fair this year.

On August 1, 2006, a new Home Education Regulation came into effect, furthering government's commitment to home education.
Achievement
Test Administration-Policy
A student enrolled in a home education program shall complete
the provincial achievement tests or an alternative form of assessment
approved by the superintendent, in accordance with the Home
Education Regulation, Alberta Regulation 126/99.
