Alberta Regulation 145/2006 School Act Home Education Regulation
On August 1, 2006, a new Home Education Regulation came into effect, furthering government's commitment to home education.

Achievement Test Administration-Policy
A student enrolled in a home education program shall complete the provincial achievement tests or an alternative form of assessment approved by the superintendent, in accordance with the Home Education Regulation, Alberta Regulation 126/99.
