Arkansas Legislature to begin study on changes to home school law
An interim study on changes to home school law by the Arkansas Legislature is set to begin on November 5, 2009 at 10:00 am. Home school families should be very concerned. In addition to finding ways to penalize home school families who fail to take the mandated tests every year, expect the public school sector to demand more accountability, regulations and restrictions on home schools.

Pulaski County Home Education Athletic Association
PCHEA began in 1995. It was started by parents interested in providing a program that would emphasize character development and provide healthy athletic competition for homeschoolers. Our team name is the "Flames."

Central AR Homeschoolers
We welcome all homeschooling families of any race, religion, or the type of home education you choose for your family. At this time, we accept only school-aged children, Pre-K through 12th grade, which includes ages 4 - 18.

Christian Home Educators in White County
We are open to anyone joining this group. This is the place for posting upcoming meetings, field trips, classes offered, books for sale or wanted, prayer requests and any announcements for the group. We have another site, ChewChat, for discussions.

The Learning Alternative
