Currently, there are Statutes in Delaware that contradict the

Home Educators and Resources in Dover
This is an inclusive support group for the Kent County Area;
it is a grass-roots, all-volunteer organization created to provide
support, guidance to resources, and to host group activities
for homeschoolers.

Homeschool Network
We are a non-profit organization providing extra-curricular activities
for homeschooled children and a friendship network for homeschooling
parents. We are currently headquarted in Newark, Delaware and
serve about 400 families living in the surrounding areas of Pennsylvania,
