Southwest Georgia Homeschool Association SWGHA's goal is to provide support and assist families of Southwest Georgia with the challenges of educating their children at home. Baker County Includes the city of Newton. Calhoun County Includes the cities of Arlington, Edison, Leary and Morgan. Colquitt County Includes the cities of Berlin, Doerun, Ellenton, Funston, Moultrie, Norman Park and Riverside. Decatur County Includes the cities of Attapulgus, Bainbridge, Brinson and Climax.
