This form is to be printed and filled out or submitted electronically to the resident school superintendent by October 1 of each year after the instructor has provided the same district with a Full Report.
Reporting
Help for Filling out the Compulsory Report Form
Nothing in Minnesota law specifies exactly how non-public educators are to make their annual report only that it is due by October 1 each year and certain information is to be communicated. You are free to write a letter of your own, use this MACHE designed reporting form, or some other device.

Early Childhood Homeschooling Opportunities in Minnesota
ECHO-MN is an inclusive homeschool organization designed for
families with young children who wish to learn more about homeschooling
as an alternative form of education.
ECHO-SW
Supports families in the southwestern suburbs including Eden
Prairie, Chanhassen, and Chaska. We are a subgroup of ECHO-MN
Minnesota Home Schoolers
MNHS is an open forum for the discussion of issues related to
home schooling/ unschooling in Minnesota.
Minnesota Homeschoolers' Alliance Teens
A social organization for teens 12 years and older throughout the state. MHT works in partnership with the Minnesota Homeschoolers' Alliance to serve the needs of MN homeschooling teens.
Minnesota Liberal Homeschool Group
A homeschool group for liberally-minded parents in Minnesota
(and surrounding areas). This is a social group as well as homeschooling
group.
MNHS
This is a list dedicated to homeschooling in Minnesota. Everyone
who home-schools is welcome, not just Minnesotans. a place where homeschoolers can trade/sell/buy homeschool materials.
Apples
of Gold Homeschool Newsletter
Most subscribers live in Douglas County, Wisconsin and St. Louis
County, Minnesota, but there are a few families outside this
immediate region that have taken an interest in the newsletter
as well. Apples of Gold is published bi-monthly
from a Christian world view.
Eclectic Community of Homeschooling Opportunities in Minnesota
ECHO is an outreach group designed to help families learn about homeschooling. ECHO provides this support via quarterly meetings, Yahoo Group communication, and connecting families with homeschooling support groups.

Minnesota Statewide Testing Program provides testing materials for home school educators in Minnesota.
Minnesota Post-secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO) Program
If you are a Minnesota high school junior or senior, this is
an opportunity for you to take college courses while you are
in high school. Homeschoolers encouraged.

Currently, the MSHSL sponsors 27 athletic and 5 arts programs
at the varsity, junior varsity, sophomore or "B" squad
levels.
