Wisconsin Christian Home Educators Association
Wisconsin CHEA is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving all home educators in the state of Wisconsin. Our leadership are all born-again Christians.

Wisconsin Parents Association
WPA is an inclusive grassroots homeschooling organization that provides information, support, and encouragement for families through its voice mail, 285-page handbook, annual Conference and Curriculum Fair, quarterly newsletter, network of Regional Coordinators, and web site.

In Wisconsin, we must file form PI-1206 with the Department of Public Instruction, not asking for permission, but informing them that we are instructing our children at home. This form attests that we are not circumventing the school attendance laws and are providing at least 875 hours of instruction per year covering at least reading, language arts, math, social studies, science and health. Part Time Public School Attendance Option
The school board of a school district operating high school grades shall allow a pupil enrolled in a private school or a pupil enrolled in a home-based educational program (commonly referred to as home-schooling), who has met the standards for admission to high school,, to take up to 2 courses during each school semester.

Apples of Gold Homeschool Newsletter

Learning Alternatively in Racine/Kenosha Homeschool Group
L.A.R.K. is a group of homeschoolers in the Racine/Kenosha area. We usually meet on Wednesday afternoons for outings, support, and FUN! The focus of most of our activities is aimed at ages 10 and up, including middle and high school ages, though some activities would be appropriate for all ages.
