Rules for Good Cursive Handwriting
Many people do not know that 'Cursive' just means
'Joined-up'.
It is not the name of any particular style. This cursive
handwriting page gives a good overview of writing

How
to Teach Handwriting
Teaching cursive handwriting is fairly
easy for the teacher. Helping the student sit up right and holding
the writing tool whether it is a pencil, pen or wether writing
utensil
There are four components to handwriting, whether a child is
learning to print the letters or write in cursive "joined up":
- correct letter formation
- uniform letter size
- uniform slant
- spacing
